Happiness has been such a much considered item that one often neglects to examine it when required. It is the very essence of living and sets out the ultimate end rule in all relationships.
I have had a long and very eventful interaction with happiness that has left me a better person than when I first began to examine her. In all societies and nations much resources is dedicated to the pursuit of happiness and for this reason I thought it important to duly consider it. It has been defined in many ways and I do not intend to use any of these definitions because all of us have a privilege view of happiness whether we realize it or not (doctrine of Buddhism and Christianity).
I believe happiness to be a virtue that lives with all and can be realized simply by accepting the present realities and doing the best we are capable of; many have often wondered why others appear to be happy and they are not. Well simply put: self centeredness. We often think there is a magic formula to happiness, well there is you. People must realize that they alone can make them selves happy in every environment or condition in which they may find them selves. Do not be fooled into thinking that any can make you happy when you are not ready to be, because you will only waste valuable time doing this. Happiness will come when it will come if and only if we have accepted our role in this most sort state or virtue and decided within us that; and realized also that we are the architects of our own happiness.
A man may be poor with regards to material possessions but that he will be happy has nothing to do with his lack of wealth (please note man here refers to both male and female subjects), but rather has a lot to do with self contentment. Some will ask what this self contentment means and if I may try to offer my own explanation I would call it the point at which we realize there is a bigger burden to life than just eat and drink. I have said my own explanation because that is my happiness and your own explanation is your happiness. The bottom line is please look out for your happiness because no one will have the time nor do so for you even when they pretend to be doing so.
Happiness can not be bought, exchanged nor transferred but can be owned by any who knows how to. Spend your time serving others and you will unlock happiness from within. That is one of the many ways one can unlock happiness and the more you do so the more happiness you unlock.
